We Offer Flat rate Ground Shipping for $8.95. Other shipping options are also available at the check out for actual rates from UPS & USPS. (Please Note that UPS does not deliver to a PO Box) Please keep in mind that there may be additional Shipping fees with USPS depending on the item(s) weight and quantity. For example: A bed in a bag will not fit in a Flat Rate medium or large box . Orders received are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship Standard UPS to Canada unless notified otherwise. Packages going to Canada or overseas may impose brokerage and Duty Fees. We do not have any authority once the package is out of United States jurisdictions. After shipping your order, tracking number will be available via the order confirmation e-mail link you received after placing your order. if you did not receive that order confirmation e-mail, check your spam folder or contact us for Help.It’s customer responsibility to supply us with their correct address.

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees).We must receive your returned purchase in its original packaging and in re-sell-able condition. Item(s) must be in it's original packages. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, Duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We offer Flat Rate Ground Shipping for $8.95 to any address within the 48 Contiguous United States to any address within the 48 Contiguous United States, including Domestic PO Boxes and Military Bases (i.e. APO, FPO, etc.). A shipping fee will be charged for customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories, Canada, and International Countries. A live shipping rate will be provided according to the weight, quantity, shipping method, and shipping location of your order. The estimated cost will be displayed during the checkout process; however, the accurate shipping rate will display after the necessary information has been provided. Any Customs, Duties, and brokerage fees will not be provided as we do not determine this amount since they are regulated by the destination country and charged at the time of receipt of the order. Expedited shipping options are also available and the rate will update accordingly when you select that shipping speed forms the shipping method field.

Transit times are the duration of time an order takes to be delivered from the time it ships. These times vary by shipping method.

RETAIL RETURNS: * for “Sterling Collection" products ...

All returns must be initiated by email or phone. An RMA is required for each return. You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original contents included in the shipment. We must receive your returned items in our warehouse within 45 days of the delivery confirmation date. All packages must be inspected prior to use and washing. All returns are subjected to final approval once received and inspected.


Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused & unwashed or a credit will not be issued. You can expect your credit within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a store credit beforehand, but an estimate of 4 weeks due to a time required for return shipping (up to 14 days) and product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your credit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN ERROR  * for “Sterling Collection" products ...

All packages must be inspected prior to use/washing. Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. We need to be notified immediately. Customers who receive shipments in error would be required to return the item immediately to: Home City Inc. c/o: CozyComfortBedandBath and we will issue the return label and mail, fax, or email it directly to the customer.


Shipment of the accurate item will be made upon the return of the incorrect item. Home City Inc. c/o: CozyComfortBedandBath would be responsible for all re-shipping and return shipping fees. Manufacture defect claims are subject to inspection prior to approval and may take up to two business days. Discoloration, Washed/Used and/or misuse by the customer are not eligible for approval. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a credit/refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial credit/refund may be issued.

We Offer Flat rate Ground Shipping for $8.95.   B-to-B orders are processed within 3-5 business days if items are in stock. If you order more then what is in stock the lead times are appx 3 to 6 weeks for production. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night are entered into our system Monday morning. Shipping times around major holidays will be set in advance and shared with our partners. All orders are shipped on our FedEx shipping account. No 3rd-Party Freight Account can be utilized. We cannot at this time support Next Day or 2nd-Day Air on orders. Customized packing slips are not available as an option at this time. In addition, the actual mailing label on the outside of the box cannot be modified.  We do not use a signature required service from FedEx or UPS. If your shipping expectations surpass what we offer, you may wish to order additional items to have on hand and store them in your warehouse. 

Our shipping calculator will give a default ship estimate for Hawaii and Alaska but please note there will be a surcharge that will range to 25% to 50% of an order based on the cubic measurements of the items. We will not process a Hawaii or Alaska order until you approve those surcharges. Due to the bulky nature of our items -the shipping calculations are not accurate for those extended locations (Only Hawaii & Alaska).

For orders requiring LTL shipments, the estimate used does not include Accessorial  fees (Liftgate Required, Address Type, Scheduled Appointment, Inside Delivery, Limited Access Delivery). Please note any additional LTL requirements will result in higher ship costs that will need to be collected. When in doubt - give us a call to be sure.

WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. PLEASE USE A FREIGHT FORWARDER FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT.

  • DLW.COM/Returns (c/o: CCBandB): CozyComfortBedandBath does not accept returns that have been used or laundered.
  • All products require a Return Authorization (R/A) number prior to return shipping. Please use your 5 digit order number as your R/A.
  • Products returned to DLW.COM/Returns (c/o: CCBandB): CozyComfortBedandBath without an R/A number will be refused.
  • DLW.COM/Returns (c/o: CCBandB): CozyComfortBedandBath will accept returns up to 30 days after shipment unless the product is defective.
  • Please follow the steps below to expedite your return in a timely manner:

    1. Put item/s that you are returning back in the original box it was shipped in. With your order number written on the outside of the box along with the word *RETURN* near the order number.
