We offer you a great and easy way to figure out your shipping charges. $5.95 flat rate Ground UPS for the lower 48 States for the 1st Items and $1.95 for each additional item. If you order 2 items, than your total charge for ground shipping is $7.90 ($5.95 1st + $1.95 second =$7.90)
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). We must receive your returned purchase in its original packaging and in re-sell-able condition. Item(s) must be in it's original packages. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.*
Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, Duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). Items in their original condition and original packaging can be returned for a refund less shipping charges. Used or laundered items are not eligible for any refund. Returned items that qualified for free shipping will be issued a refund less $7.90 ,(or whatever original shipping amount was, depending on amount of items ordered) original shipping charges.(Mattresses refund less $99 original shipping charges). Return shipping is at customer's expense, using the carrier of your choice and we suggest you keep note of the tracking info. and/or original, detailed receipt as reference. Returned items will be issued a 15% re-stocking charge. For items opened and removed from the packaging: we will issue a refund of your purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee on any item removed from the packaging and when unfolded. These fees cover return order processing times, and the time it takes to repackage, inspect, and restock items to make sure they are fit for resale. Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back and no refund will be issued. We do not accept COD returns of any kind. Refusal or non-acceptance of delivery will result in 20% restocking fee. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
